At Glavinea, all of our items are made-to-order, which ensures that each item is printed specifically for you, one at a time, to ensure the highest quality possible. As a result, our delivery times may vary. However, this is also why we can offer such fantastic pricing on our products. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Shipping Times
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day.
Note that we do not ship on weekends.

Shipping fee below includes all fees and surcharges associated with shipping. You can order as many items as you want and only pay a flat rate for shipping.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. You can request a shipping address change within 12 hours of placing your order by contacting support@glavinea.com. Changes are not possible after the order is processed or shipped. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you to update it, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance. We recommend using a residential address to avoid customs delays.
Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you may be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.
Prices are tax-free in USD, and you may be responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are determined by your local customs office and not covered by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement with a 10% cancellation fee. If the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. Contact support@glavinea.com to cancel.
ORDER TRACKING
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that enables you to track your package until it reaches your doorstep. It may take 5–7 business days for the carrier to generate and scan the tracking number. If tracking information is unavailable, the carrier has not yet processed the parcel.
If you don’t receive a tracking number within 5 business days or tracking shows “not available” after 1–3 business days, contact support@glavinea.com.
In the event that your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
